Boys Fall 2021

The fall season continues our focus on skill development and reinforcement, while adding some competitive play. We are working with our sister clubs in the Des Moines area for two days of gameplay for each age group (numbers depending) with one day held in Solon and one in the Des Moines area. Those gamedays are TBD, but will be on a weekend day (likely a Saturday). We should know them right around the time practices begin.

Like the summer program, fall is designed to be flexible and accommodate schedules. Our principal objectives are to expose players to competitive gameplay (of particular importance to our players who just joined us over the summer) and to reinforce skills before we all take a winter break.

When: September 12-October 17/24, 2021 

Where: Solon Recreation & Nature Area (1749 Chabal St, Solon, IA 52333)

Cost: $50 per player 

Equipment Needed: All players must provide their own mouthguard and cleats. Equipment to play can be rented from Kingfisher for $25 (girls) and $50 (boys). For girls, this includes the stick and protective eye goggles. For boys, this includes the helmet, shoulder and arm pads, and gloves.

Those wishing to rent equipment should complete the Equipment Rental Form and bring payment to their first practice. If paying by check, please bring 2 checks payable to Kingfisher Lacrosse (one for the security deposit and one for the fee). If you wish to pay via Venmo, use @KingfisherLax for the total amount owed (deposit + fee) and we will refund the deposit at the conclusion of the season.
